Beach House Suites

We are currently staying at Beach House Suites and, unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing. While the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and it’s nice to have access to the Don Cesar, the overall experience has fallen well below expectations. The biggest issue has been housekeeping. We checked in on Sunday, and our room wasn’t cleaned at all until we finally complained on Thursday. Even then, the cleaning was incomplete, with bagged trash still left in the room. Security is another concern. The Beach House Suites pool and beach area don’t appear to be secured. A group of unruly young adults entered the pool area and started doing flips into the pool, and no staff intervened until guests complained. In contrast, the Don Cesar requires wristbands to access the pool and beach areas, making it feel much safer and better managed. The elevator situation has also been frustrating. One of the two elevators has been out of service for our entire stay, leaving only one working elevator for guests. It’s frequently occupied by housekeeping carts or maintenance staff, making it impossible for guests to use, and at one point we got on to find dirty linens left inside. The room

Excellent stay. The balconies are a generous size, the suites are laid out nicely as well. I actually enjoyed my stay here so far with the beach being right there and the pool too. We had access to the larger resort as well but honestly there was no need to go there unless we wanted to participate in the resort activities (some are included and some are not). The pool at the main resort is probably too warm for me (I felt like I was in a soup bowl), but it is in the direct FL sun so that makes sense…still it was too warm. It was cooler outside the pool LOL However, who cares and just dip in then get out and feel the breeze to cool off. The pool at the Beach House Suites was MUCH cooler temp wise and there was even a musician playing live music which was nice! Went to the beach and hung out on a lounger with an umbrella - the staff were kind and helped set it up, and provided towels. Coffee machine in the room and full kitchen set up (loved it!), and washer/dryer too. Totally recommend and I would rebook. I even told a friend who lives nearby and needs a place for their in-laws to stay about this location.

We keep returning to the Beach House Suites, coming up will be our 5th time. The staff is amazing. Just incredibly kind and accommodating and happy. The rooms are spacious. Every room has a great view! I’ve been been here in several phases of life, couples trip, pregnant/babymoon, and again with my whole family (2 you kids), each time has not disappointed. We can’t wait to return in June!
